Self Help Information

Emotional wellbeing is easier to maintain for those who participate in social activities or in those focused around sport, craft or other interests.

In addition, when we find ourselves feeling down or anxious or stressed, it is helpful to find out more about the reasons why and what we can do to help ourselves.

We are therefore offering links to other sites where specific information about local activities and interest groups as well as self help leaflets can be found.
