The Samaritans

Joint Care Programme
12 week programme for patients with BMI over 30 with hip of knee pain. Includes exercise, nutrition education and practical cooking sessions. Health Professionals can refer onto the Joint Care Programme via JCP referral forms.

Help Me Quit
(Stop Smoking Wales, Community Pharmacy, GP/Practice Nurse, MAMSS)
Help Me Quit was established in 2017 to make it easier for smokers to access NHS stop smoking support.
Help me Quit offer a range of services such as free group sessions, 121 support, telephone support and pharmacy support. You can call 0800 085 2219 to self refer or with verbal permission you can refer an individual via e-referral. There are 49 pharmacies across Cwm Taf delivering 121 cessation support.
