Free Community Workshops

Overview

We deliver Mindfulness and Stress Management courses to communities in the Cwm Taf Morgannwg area. The courses are designed to teach people ways of boosting well-being.

You don’t need to register for this workshop, simply come along on the day. There are no expectations for you to speak or interact.
This workshop is suitable for anyone aged 16+ (or 14+ if accompanied by a responsible adult)

The room is TRH028 which is on the ground floor of Hirwaun block which is listed as Glamorgan Business School or no.7 on the campas map

 Free parking is available on the campus underneath Stilts Food Court.

 To access the campus by vehicle go to the building listed no.1 – Campus Gatehouse The staff will direct you to the parking available.
