Free Community Workshops

Overview

We deliver Mindfulness and Stress Control courses to communities in the Cwm Taf Morgannwg area. The courses are designed to teach people ways of boosting well-being.

You don’t need to register for this workshop, simply come along on the day. There are no expectations for you to speak or interact.
This workshop is suitable for anyone aged 16+ (or 14+ if accompanied by a responsible adult)
